Enter your address, choose a restaurant, add items to cart, then proceed to checkout. You’ll verify your phone number before creating the order.
If the restaurant has not started preparing the order, you can request cancellation. If it is already being prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be available.
Delivery time depends on restaurant prep time and distance. You’ll see an estimated ETA before ordering and on the order details page.
Go to Orders → open the order → “Report an issue”, or use Contact Us. Provide the order number for faster help.
This depends on your region and rollout. In general, we support Card, Wallet, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
Apply a coupon at checkout. If valid, your discount or delivery promotion will reflect immediately in the order total.
Phone verification helps prevent fraud and ensures the courier can contact you for delivery. It’s required before placing an order.
Use “Forgot password” on the login screen. You will receive a reset link/code depending on your setup.
Open the “Apply to join” page, fill out the business and contact details, verify your phone number, and submit your application.
Yes. Restaurants can offer delivery, pickup, or both. Customers choose their preferred fulfillment at checkout.
